This was a relatively short trip to Bonaire for Scuba diving. One week with Divers Den Dive Shop from Hampton Falls, NH, formerly from Manchester, New Hampshire.

Ahhh the adventures of travel In today's "post caring about your customers" world.
It's 1:00 a.m. Saturday, I'm in a hotel in Boston and I can't sleep well. I see I have an incoming call from one of the other people going to Bonaire with me. Had I been asleep, my "do not disturb" settings would have silenced it.
American Airlines decided to cancel our Saturday 5:30 a.m. flight, and change it to a Monday 5:30 a.m. flight. So a 6 day 7 night trip, becomes a 4 day 5 night trip. Plus, now I need a way back home from Boston today, I don't own a car, getting a rental car would be foolish for just 2 days, if the flight even actually goes on Monday.
The airlines in this country have stopped even pretending to care about their customers.

Post Script: We were able to extend our trip by one day, so we only lost one day. I would have preferred 2 days, but I would have been shore diving alone had I done that, so I just went home with the rest. Travel insurance will cover the additional expenses.
